The document I received included an instruction to leave cash for the cleaner upon checkout. I contacted Jenni saying I wouldn’t be paying outside AirBnB, and she explained it was intended for people who hadn’t booked on AirBnB. This wasn’t made clear in the email, and caused unnecessary stress ahead of our stay.

Great walks direct from the cottage, or even start some exciting and popular trails within a few minutes drive. The cottage is right at the centre of the Peak District so most places are not very far away.

The lady at the Cherry Tree sandwich shop was just closing but opened up again for us to get lovely, good value filled baps & cakes to take on our walk. We'd stay in this cottage & in Tideswell again, recommended.
